Ministry of Interior
The Ministry of Interior, in particular the Public Security Bureau, is the Beneficiary of the FICB PS project. The vision of the Ministry of Interior is to ensure the rule of law, ethical and professional work of its employees, as well as development of policing led by information, which also incorporates the concept of community policing. With developed organizational structure and established partnership with the citizens, the Ministry of Interior aligns its operations with the EU standards, and aims to enable safer living environment for the citizens.
Ministry of Finance
The Ministry of Finance’s mission is to maintain stable public financing and macroeconomic framework so as to provide for continuation of the process of economic reforms and acceleration of the economic growth, contributing to better welfare and improvement of the living standard of the Macedonian citizens. Its vision is through realization of progressive ideas within its domain to contribute to the strengthening of the functional market economy based on knowledge, innovation and sustainable growth.
Central Financing and Contracting Department
The Central Financing and Contracting Department (CFCD) is part of the Ministry of Finance and acts as Contracting Authority for IPA Components I-IV. CFCD is in charge of tendering, contracting, and payments concerning EU funded projects under Decentralized Integrated System in the country. The main goal of CFCD is to ensure proper, effective and efficient implementation of the IPA funded projects, while respecting the principles of sound financial management and adequate controls. The effective use of EU pre-accession assistance will support the country to align itself with the accession criteria on the road towards membership
Delegation of the European Union
The Delegation of the European Union is the liaison between the national authorities and EU institutions. On its way towards membership, the European Union provides continuous support and financial assistance in order to help the country in the necessary reforms. The Delegation of the European Union is a contracting authority for more than 250 past and ongoing projects. It also gives support to the establishment and development of a full operational capacity of the structures required for the management of EU-funded Pre-Accession Programmes, supports and monitors national institutions in charge of applying decentralised procedures.

Its mission is to provide professional support and coordination of the work of state administration authorities and of other bodies and institutions in the light of preparations for EU membership.The vision of SEA is to effectively fulfil the coordinative function during the accession in the European Union, having successfully completed the membership negotiations.
State Commission for Prevention of Corruption
The State Commission for Prevention of Corruption is working on initiating full law enforcement, creates anti-corruption policies and measures, and promotes inter-institutional and international cooperation. Its mission is to establish an efficient system for prevention and repression of corruption and conflict of interests, as well as to build and cultivate the spirit of integrity at personal and institutional level, which would encourage and ensure independence, professionalism and accountability in executing the competences stipulated by the national and international law.
Public Prosecution Office
The Public Prosecution Office is an independent state institution that prosecutes offenders in accordance with the Constitution and the laws. The Public Prosecutor is also in charge of initiating procedures for assessment of the conformity of the laws and other regulations with the Constitution, if such issue is presented to the Office. Following the international agreements the Public Prosecution Office cooperates directly with prosecution offices in other countries, especially in preventing and fighting organized crime.

The Arma dei Carabinieri
The Arma dei Carabinieri participate in various inter-police or military organizations, national or international, according to the rules that govern its composition and operation, and have been present in the Balkans in various stability and security missions and cooperative activities. The Carabinieri provide operational and institutional support to the project and sharing of good practices in the areas of border management, anti-counterfeiting of currency, community policing and fight against organized crime, as well as technical review of strategic documents produced by the project and implementation of effective post-deployment knowledge-management.
